Half Day: Madeira Gardens

About this service:

Madeira is like a garden itself, with plants like Agapanthus and Hydrangeas growing freely at the side of the roads and on most of the tours you will see an abundance of plant life and various flowers depending on the time of year. This half day is for garden and plant lovers who wish to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the best of Madeira's gardens in a relaxed 4 hour tour.  This includes the Botanic Gardens, the Monte Palace Tropical Garden and the Palheiro Garden (also known as Blandy's). Visit these favourite gardens without the stress of getting to each one by bus, or parking up a hire car. If you've already visited one of these gardens as part of your stay in Madeira, then I can suggest other smaller gardens that you probably won't have seen. All these gardens have excellent cafés if you wish to sit for a while. As always, the tours can be flexible. If you'd like to see some other viewpoint nearby we can go to just two of the gardens and to the viewpoint. It will be my pleasure help you choose the perfect itinerary to fit this relaxed 4 hour tour. NOTE: There are entrance charges to the three main gardens mentioned and they are not included within the price of this tour. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or re-scheduled bookings will be accepted only up to 48 hours before the start of the original booking. All prices are based on your collection address being in and around Funchal. If you are based outside of Funchal, please note that there will be a surcharge to cover the extra travel time and this will vary depending on distance.
