About Manuel
My name is José Manuel Góis, but you can call me Manuel... it's
a little bit easier! I've lived in Madeira all my life, so I know a lot about the island and I'd love to show you the best sights.
There's a lot to discover in Madeira and a tailor-made private tour will allow you to visit the places of your choice, at your own pace. You'll be able to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the island... many that the coach tours don't visit or that you would miss if you were driving yourself. You won't need to worry about where to park, or what time you have to be ready to be collected. You'll be taken exactly where you want to go and when you've seen as much as you want to see in any one place, I'll be waiting for you and we'll continue the tour.
What time we start and finish is up to you and I can recommend excellent places for coffee or lunch along the way. I can also stop at many good viewpoints, as there are always opportunities for good photos of Madeira! With the personal service of a private tour we can be completely flexible, especially if we need to chase better weather on another part of the island - it can happen sometimes.

I have two vehicles and which one we use will depend on the size of your group. A Mercedes Benz Vito Tourer, which can comfortably seat up to 8 passengers, or a Mercedes C Class which comfortably seats 3 passengers (a maximum of 4, but if you're a group of 4 and have booked a full day tour, I would suggest the Tourer for your comfort). Both vehicles have the benefit of air-conditioning and if you require a child/baby seat, just let me know.
I am proud to say that I have many clients who come back year after year. Some have been regulars for many years and they still enjoy taking a half or full day tour with me. Whether you're visiting for the first time or coming back for a return trip, there will always be something new to see.
